Such is the roar from the mighty Panther Pit and Morton Park, people have to stop for a second to listen.

This year is important to Blackburn, as they look to consolidate what was a very impressive season 2014; one that ended in a 22-point loss to Balwyn in last year’s elimination final. Continue reading

Conditions at the Whitten Oval fluctuated throughout the Vic Metro v Vic Country U/21 women’s match on Saturday, but the blue Metro girls took the trophy home, 9.13.67 to 6.10.46.

With the day considered to be the pinnacle for the young talent coming through the Victorian system, it showed, as the girls physicality continued to intensify each quarter. Continue reading

In August of 2012 I had a bright idea.  After hearing about some friends in my university course wanting to start up a sport blog/website, I wanted in on the fun; but instead I took it down my own path.  I am very glad I did.

My love of sport has no end; since a very young age I have rarely been seen without some sort of sporting gear in hand, or eyes glued to the TV on the next blockbuster game. Continue reading
